ENGINEERING, ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY

We ensure studies and projects in a wide range of technical areas, from the design phase to licensing. Renewable energy projects for energy production and water heating, HVAC projects, projects and studies in the area of environmental sustainability and in the context of energy transition, framed in national and European financing programs.

PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR ENERGY – DESIGN, PROJECT AND LICENSING

Photovoltaic Solar Energy will play a crucial role in the PNEC 2030 – National Energy and Climate Plan, which includes the main objective of covering 80% of the country’s energy needs through renewable energy by 2030 and the electrification of 65% of its economy until 2050.

DELAB, positioning itself as a company dedicated to supporting companies in the energy transition, operates in the Energy Efficiency and Sustainability sector, developing works in the area of Energy Auditing and Certification.

In the field of Energy Efficiency, we have been promoting and developing several projects in the Renewable Energy sector, associated with Self-consumption, Renewable Energy Communities and the Sale of Energy to the grid, acting essentially in the following areas.

CONSULTING IN PROJECTS FOR SELF-CONSUMPTION AND CERs

Evaluation and dimensioning of the Photovoltaic Plant;
Preparation of technical project, specifications and placement of tender program;
Support in negotiation and award decision according to tender criteria and the LCOE (“Levelized Cost of Energy”);;
Supervision of works until commissioning and determination of the “Performance Ratio”.

TECHNICAL-ECONOMIC ADVISORY SUPPORT

Support for UPACs Photovoltaic Systems Contracting;
Evaluation and qualification of the proposals submitted by the competitors according to consultation documents, legislation, rules and regulations in force;
Decision support, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness, in the development of all processes involved in the implementation of the project;
Monitoring the implementation of the decision, Supervision of the Work.

PROJECT AND WORK SUPERVISION

Control and verification of compliance with the execution project;
Approval of equipment, components, materials and elements of construction and / or construction processes, upon receipt at work;
Elaboration and follow-up of the Reception Notices Supervision of Project / Work / Final Phase;
Performance tests of Photovoltaic Power Plants.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

Land identification, qualification and contracting;
Economic Feasibility Studies, Production vs Capex;
Requests to establish a connection point, reserve capacity;
Development of technical licensing project;
Dynamic network studies;
Study of Incidence and Environmental Impact;
Request for prior opinions Chambers, CCDR, other Entities;
Instruction of the Licensing process at DGEG / DREn;
Constitution of a process for Technical and Economic Due diligence;
Elaboration of Execution Project.

ENERGY PERFORMANCE CONTRACTS (ESCo)

Reduction of energy consumption of an installation, through the implementation of energy efficiency measures – Ex. Project for Self-consumption;
Investment supported by DELAB through an energy performance contract;
Measured and shared savings between DELAB and the Client.
We include in the scope of our activity any energy project, production of cold and heat, energy production, lighting, without limitations of size.

- Survey and design of technical and special installations of all buildings and technical locations, with the elaboration of the “Manual of Rules and Techniques”, for electrical installations and energy systems, to be implemented in all Unitel installations;
- Audit of technical and special installations in various buildings and technical locations, including the preparation of specifications and professional training;
- Maintenance planning, organization and management in technical and special installations.
