It motivates us to pursue a high level of excellence and specialization in the management and implementation of projects in all the energy fields.
IN THE LAST YEARS THE TEAM WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR 71,7 MILLION EUROS IN ENERGY SAVINGS
The Team was responsible for conducting more than 250 energy audits in the tertiary, industry and transport sector. These Organizations with an annual consumption of 239 000 toe/year and a cost of 286,8 million euros/year, achieved an energy saving of 71,7 million euros/year after implementing energy efficiency and renewable measures

ANTÓNIO PAULO ELVAS
MANAGING DIRECTOR
António Paulo Elvas is a Mechanical Engineer, with a specialization in Cold Air Conditioning and Industrial Ventilation, by the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa, and a Master in Commercial and Marketing Management and in Strategic Management of Companies.
With specific training in Renewable Energy Systems, Energy and Energy Efficiency and extensive experience in Renewable Energy projects at National and International level, supports, frames and develops business activity, promoting its growth and consolidation in the areas of energy efficiency, audits, environment and energy production.
With solid specialization and skills in the area of business management and more than 30 years of experience, he served as manager and manager in various business areas of companies linked to the Sectors of Renewable Energies and Construction of Gas and Water Infrastructures, and as a representative and a distributor of renewable energy equipment, he currently works in the management and coordination of all the activity of the DELAB Group companies.
RUI TAVARES
BUSINESS DEVELOPER
Rui Tavares is a Mechanical Engineer by Instituto dos Pupilos do Exército and Faculdade de Ciência e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
His previous professional experience focused on the industrial and automotive sector, where he performed technical and management activities.
He holds strong skills in sales area, market prospection and raising up new business/clients.
RAQUEL ROSADO
ENGINEER CONSULTANT
Raquel Rosado is an Environmental Engineer by Escola Superior de Tecnologias – Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal and Auditor of Energy Management Systems according to ISO 50001.
She began her professional career in research and development in European projects within the scope of renewable energies. She was responsible for the coordination and monitoring of Indoor Air Quality, in the scope of Energy Performance Certification.
With more than 8 years of experience, she works and develops projects under the rational and efficient use of energy, as well as energy audits and dynamic simulation of buildings, under the DL68- A, the Management System for Intensive Energy Consumption (SGCIE) and the Energy Performance Regulation of Commercial and Service Buildings (RECS).
GONÇALO DE MOURA ELIAS
ENGINEER CONSULTANT
Gonçalo de Moura Elias holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering by Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa. It is also a Recognized Technician for the Elaboration of Audits and Rationalization Plans for Energy Consumption in Industry and in Services Buildings.
With more than 20 years of experience in energy fields, Gonçalo Elias has worked in several institutions and Energy Services Companies, such as Sotecnisol, SRE – Soluções Racionais de Energia and Vivapower Group, having developed several skills not only in energy efficiency sector but also in the design and licensing for renewable energy systems.
ROGÉRIO PEREIRA
ENGINEER CONSULTANT
Rogério Pereira is Energy and Power Systems Engineer by Instituto Militar dos Pupilos do Exército. He has over 30 years of experience in energy and project management in Africa, Azores and Lisbon. He holds high level professional skills in negotiation, business plan and strategy, management and engineering, namely, in photovoltaic systems and electrical projects, construction phase and O&M.
LILIANNE OLIVEIRA
ENGINEER CONSULTANT JR.
Lilianne Oliveira holds a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from the Faculty of Science and Technology – Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a degree in Energy Engineering from PUC Minas.
She has experience in the development of projects in the area of renewable energies and has been involved in various maintenance activities and development of new features and implementation of improvements in online innovation systems, called eClimas, whose purpose is the management of greenhouse gas emissions in companies.
He is currently part of the Consulting, Auditing and Energy Efficiency team, developing projects and activities under the DL68-A, the Management System for Intensive Energy Consumption (SGCIE) and the Energy Performance Regulation of Commercial and Service Buildings (RECS). It supports and develops works in the Energy Efficiency sector and in the dimensioning and licensing of Renewable Energy Systems.
TÂNIA REIS
ENGINEER CONSULTANT JR.
Tânia Reis holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the Faculty of Science and Technology – Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
It has advanced and multidisciplinary training of environmental problems in an integrated manner in its ecological, social, economic and technological dimensions, with the capacity to conceive, plan, design, manage and execute solutions, with the Environment as a central theme and has specific training in the area of Auditing and Energy Efficiency in Commercial and Service Buildings, having developed projects in these areas in partnership with the Portuguese Environment Agency (APA) with EDP Distribuição – Energia.
He is currently part of the Consulting, Auditing and Energy Efficiency team, developing projects and activities within the scope of the DL68-A, the Management System for Intensive Energy Consumption (SGCIE) and the Energy Performance Regulation of Commercial and Service Buildings (RECS).
ANA SERRA
ENGINEER CONSULTANT JR.
Ana Serra holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the Faculty of Science and Technology / Universidade Nova de Lisboa (FCT / UNL) Master’s Thesis within the scope of incentives to promote energy efficiency in industry.
He has specific training in Environmental and Climate Change Law and has developed skills in terms of technical advice and consultancy on matters related to waste and circular economy, monitoring of sustainability projects and carrying out environmental performance audits, in close collaboration with AHRESP, Barreiro City Council and the Youth Association for the Environment and Human Rights of Monte da Caparica.
He is currently part of the Consultancy, Audit and Energy Efficiency team developing projects and activities under the DL68-A, the Management System for Intensive Energy Consumption (SGCIE) and the Energy Performance Regulation of Commercial and Service Buildings (RECS).
